The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced experience, to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement best practices and continuous improvement to drive measurable business outcomes.\nHow you will make an impact:\nProactively identifies opportunities for improvement.\nResearches, develops, and implements related best practices.\nDevelops metrics to track performance and goal achievement.\nServes as internal consultant relative to continuous improvement initiatives.\nIdentifies and develops plans to improve performance to be incorporated enterprise wide.\nOrganizes and directs project team members.\nTravels to worksite and other locations as necessary.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nRequires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 10 years of process improvement experience with planning, project management, business analysis, and leadership role experience. or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.\nPreferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:\nHealthcare payer space strongly preferred. \nDeep knowledge and experience applying Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques, Black Belt certification or equivalent structured problem-solving methodologies to solve complex business problems strongly preferred.\nStrong end-to-end thinking, including identifying impacted stakeholders, assessing downstream implications, and driving cross-functional alignment preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and present data-driven business recommendations, including cost/benefit, risk, opportunity, and tradeoff analysis preferred.\nStrong evidence-based reasoning, using data, benchmarks, case studies, and other relevant information to support recommendations preferred.\nAbility to translate complex analysis into clear, executive-level insights and recommendations preferred.\nStrong project leadership and ownership, with the ability to independently drive projects while effectively leveraging and coordinating project team members preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects, balancing hands-on execution with project and stakeholder leadership preferred.\nProcess mapping experience using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) or flowchart shapes preferred.\nFor candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $110,160 to $198,288.\nLocation(s): Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, New York, and Virginia.\nIn addition to your salary, Elevance Health offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
