This role is primarily focused on designing, developing, and delivering modern enterprise software applications, APIs, and cloud-native services that power our next-generation identity platform.\nThe Staff Engineer - Full Stack Engineer(Identity and Access Management) will help build a unified identity platform that simplifies access management, supports enterprise-scale integrations, and enables emerging capabilities such as identity-centric controls for Agentic AI.\nThis is a hands-on software engineering role, not an IAM administration, provisioning, or product configuration position. While knowledge of IAM concepts and technologies is valuable, we are primarily seeking engineers who enjoy designing and building scalable software solutions. You will maintain enterprise information security policies, technical standards, guidelines, procedures, and other elements of an infrastructure necessary to support information security in compliance with established company policies, regulatory requirements, and generally accepted information security controls. Responsible for the delivery of strategic network security, access control and secure transaction/messaging solutions. Ensures security solutions involving the use of technologies are well-conceived, designed and implemented in compliance with enterprise standards.\nHow you will make an Impact:\nDesign, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications, backend services, and RESTful APIs supporting enterprise identity and access management capabilities.\nBuild and enhance a unified identity platform that centralizes access management, simplifies governance, and supports scalable, secure enterprise integrations.\nDevelop the IAM framework and platform for identity-centric control pane for Agentic AI\nLead hands-on software development using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.\nDesign and implement secure, scalable, cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services and modern architectural patterns.\nDevelop and integrate authentication and authorization capabilities using industry-standard protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.\nLeads or plans implementations for access management and network security technologies; \nDevelops testing plans to ensure quality of implementation; \nLeads the investigation and reporting of data security events and incidents; \nProvides system and network architecture support for information and network security technologies; \nMaintains security incident response plans; \nRepresents major upgrades and business system replacements in change control; \nMinimum Requirements:\nRequires BS/BA degree in Information Technology or related field of study and a minimum of 5 years experience in systems support, system administration, system engineering, system security, access management, network security, network communications, computer networking, telecommunications, systems development and management, hardware, software, and/or data; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
