Utilize in-depth knowledge of tools.\nWork with the IT learning organization to mentor and assist in training initiatives and perform estimates for application functionality enhancements.\nProactively work with stakeholders to identify future system opportunities and enhancements.\nDevelop use cases.\nServe as an expert in data analysis and reporting, formulate recommendations and provide guidance to other data analysts.\nProvide analytic consultation to other business areas, leadership or external customers.\nPerform data analysis and reporting encompassing a higher level of complexity.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field of study.\nSix (6) years of experience in related occupation(s).\nExperience Requirements:\nSix (6) years of experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements and/or building test cases, or related, must include:Relational databases such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle Database;\nSQL;\nquery tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and Teradata SQL Assistant;\nstatistical software such as Snowflake and Thoughtspot;\nEDI X12 Transactions;\nFacets;\nClaims and Encounters;\nability to manipulate large sets of data; and\nHealthcare business operations.\n\nAlternate Education / Experience Requirements:\nEmployer will accept a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field of study and\nFour (4) years of experience in a variety of technologies, documenting requirements and/or building test cases, or related.
