You will contribute directly to the design and development of complex analog and mixed-signal circuits using mixed-voltage and mixed-gate process technologies.\nThis role offers the opportunity to take on meaningful design work early in your career, build deeper technical expertise, and learn from Senior Engineers throughout the development process.\nResponsibilities\nSchematic design and simulation of circuits for high speed and precision Analog ATE circuits\nLayout, preplacement and post layout simulation of circuits\nMonte Carlo and corner analysis\nMixed signal simulation at chip level\nContribute to the development of innovative circuit architectures to optimize power, performance and density\nPower efficient and high precision design\nSupport IC characterization and test development to qualify for ATE specific parameters and use conditions\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering\n3+ years of professional analog IC design experience\nExperience designing precision analog circuits and contributing to at least one successful IC tapeout\nStrong understanding of analog CMOS circuit design, control theory, and feedback systems\nExperience with feedback loop design, stability analysis, and compensation techniques\nUnderstanding of the IC development lifecycle, from design and verification through characterization, qualification, and manufacturing\nExperience with analog/mixed-signal EDA tools such as Cadence or Mentor Graphics, including LVS, DRC, and ERC\nExperience developing behavioral models for chip-level simulation and validation\nProgramming or modeling experience with Verilog, Verilog-A, C/C++, or Python\nPreferences\nExperience designing precision analog circuits, including ADCs/DACs, amplifiers, voltage references, regulators, or power management circuits\nExperience with high-voltage (100V+) or mixed-voltage designs with multiple power domains\nFamiliarity with BiCMOS process technologies\nKnowledge of production test, characterization, or ATE environments\nFamiliarity with signal processing and system-level modeling\nThe anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 to $125,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs.\nIn addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
