Operations Financial Analyst

Join Elevate Semiconductor’s Operations and Financial Planning team as an Operations Financial Analyst. This role coordinates supply chain activities with wafer fabrication and assembly and test partners to meet customer demand and provides financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to the executive team while partnering with other teams across the Company.

Responsibilities include:

• Enter and maintain purchase orders for wafer fabrication and assembly and test vendors in Tensoft. Liaise with supply chain vendors on order status, schedules, deliveries, and supply issues.
• Support Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) by analyzing inventory and supplier commitments against customer demand.
• Maintain accurate bill of materials (BOM) for each product and identify opportunities for cost improvements to improve margins.
• Analyze excess and obsolete inventory and support related reviews, reserves, and reporting.
• Provide support for annual audits and internal controls
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support Operations and Finance decision-making.
• Ad hoc and special analyses/projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-4 years of Finance, Accounting, Operations or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Semiconductor industry experience
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office Tools (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Experience with Tensoft and Microsoft Power BI a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable working in a demanding environment with the ability to manage various projects under strict deadlines.
• Must have the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• MBA is a plus

Benefits

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs.

In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. This salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
