This role coordinates supply chain activities with wafer fabrication and assembly and test partners to meet customer demand and provides financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Great opportunity in a high visibility role to provide analysis to the executive team while partnering with other teams across the Company.\nResponsibilities include:\nEnter and maintain purchase orders for wafer fabrication and assembly and test vendors in Tensoft. Liaise with supply chain vendors on order status, schedules, deliveries, and supply issues.\nSupport Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) by analyzing inventory and supplier commitments against customer demand. \nMaintain accurate bill of materials (BOM) for each product and identify opportunities for cost improvements to improve margins.\nAnalyze excess and obsolete inventory and support related reviews, reserves, and reporting.\nProvide support for annual audits and internal controls\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support Operations and Finance decision-making.\nAd hoc and special analyses/projects.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree.\n2-4 years of Finance, Accounting, Operations or related work experience.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSemiconductor industry experience\nProficient in: Microsoft Office Tools (Excel & PowerPoint)\nExperience with Tensoft and Microsoft Power BI a plus\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nComfortable working in a demanding environment with the ability to manage various projects under strict deadlines.\nMust have the ability to thrive in a team environment.\nMBA is a plus\nBenefits\nThe anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs.\nIn addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
