You will collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Design, Test, and Applications teams, with opportunities to support different engineering activities as needed. Flexibility to work occasional extended hours during critical project milestones, including new silicon bring-up, is expected.\n Responsibilities\nSupport bench testing, validation, and characterization of analog and mixed-signal ICs, including Digital-to-Analog Converters (DACs).\nAssist with developing test scripts and analyzing measurement data using MATLAB or similar tools.\nTroubleshoot printed circuit boards (PCBs), evaluation hardware, and electronic components.\nSupport product datasheets, test plans, characterization reports, and technical documentation.\nUse circuit simulation tools such as LTspice or TINA to support circuit analysis and debugging.\nAssist with statistical data analysis, bench-to-ATE correlation, and test efficiency improvements.\nCollaborate with Product, Design, Test, and Applications Engineering teams on silicon validation, hardware improvements, and product development.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n0-2 years of professional experience, including relevant internships, academic projects, or laboratory experience.\nFamiliarity with Python or MATLAB for data analysis, scripting, or test automation.\nHands-on experience with basic laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, or logic analyzers.\nBasic understanding of analog and digital circuits, including Fourier analysis and sampling theory.\nInterest in semiconductor product testing, silicon validation, automated test equipment (ATE), and hardware debugging.\nExposure to PCB design, circuit simulation, or tools such as Altium, LTspice, or TINA is a plus.\nAbility to collect, interpret, and analyze test data using tools such as Excel, Python, or MATLAB.\nStrong troubleshooting skills, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.\nFlexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends during critical silicon validation and product development milestones.\nThe anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs.\nIn addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
