This role requires strong hands-on capability and the ability to drive problem resolution across internal teams and external partners.\nThis is a high visibility role, offering the opportunity to join and our growing Taiwan office while serving as a key engineering presence.\n Responsibilities\nServe as the primary technical contact for customer test and hardware-related issues, including RMA and CCN matters.\nOwn issues from initial analysis to root cause identification and closure \nPerform ATE and bench debug, including correlation analysis \nIdentify root cause (Design vs Silicon process vs hardware vs test methodology) \nCollaborate with internal teams (PE, FA, Design, Operations) \nRequirements\n10+ years of experience in ATE, test engineering, or hardware development \nBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or related field \nHands-on experience in load board/interface board design, ATE bring-up and debug, and bench-level troubleshooting is highly preferred.\nStrong understanding of analog/mixed-signal devices, silicon characterization, and semiconductor assembly and test processes.\nProven ability to own and drive customer issues to closure with structured root cause analysis.\nGood English communication skills (able to support customer discussions and technical alignment) \nStrong cross-functional communication skills\nHands-on experience in Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) is a strong plus\nActual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs.\nIn addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
