We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in analog or mixed-signal semiconductors who can communicate effectively with customers and translate complex technical capabilities into practical solutions and business value.\nFollowing Elevate Semiconductor's acquisition by Diodes Incorporated, this is an exciting time to join our team as we expand our resources, customer reach, and opportunities for growth.\nResponsibilities\nServe as a technical partner to customers throughout the sales process\nWork with Sales to understand customer requirements and identify the right technical solutions\nLead technical presentations, product demonstrations, design reviews, and customer discussions\nSupport product evaluations, implementation, and technical problem solving\nPartner with Applications, Product, and Design Engineering to answer customer questions and drive design wins\nGather customer and market feedback that can help influence future products\nSupport new product introductions, customer training, and technical collateral\nBuild long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners\nTravel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events approximately 25% to 40%\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field\n5+ years of semiconductor industry experience in Applications Engineering, Sales Engineering, Product Engineering, Design Engineering, or a similar technical role\nUnderstanding of analog, mixed-signal, or related semiconductor products\nExperience working directly with customers or a strong interest in moving into a customer-facing role\nAbility to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and business audiences\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills\nPreferences\nExperience with ATE or semiconductor test, precision analog ICs, DACs, PMICs, interface ICs, laboratory equipment, MATLAB, Python, or new product introductions is a plus, but we do not expect candidates to have experience in every area.\nMBA or additional business education\nThe anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $180,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, education, location, and business needs.\nIn addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
