Vous travaillerez en forte autonomie avec une stack comprenant Piano Analytics, Contentsquare et Kameleoon.\nMissions\nAnalyser la performance digitale, suivre et analyser les KPI d’audience, d’engagement et de conversion des sites et applications.\nGarantir la qualité du tracking, exprimer les besoins de mesure et faire évoluer le plan de marquage avec les équipes métier et techniques.\nPiloter l’optimisation de la conversion (CRO), identifier les points de friction des parcours et construire une roadmap d’optimisation.\nProfil recherché\n Notre mouton à 5 pattes coche les cases suivantes, mais si vous n’en avez que 4, postulez quand même !* Formation : bac +5 en école de commerce, d’ingénieur ou master spécialisé en data / marketing digital\n* Expérience significative en digital analytics, idéalement en cabinet de conseil ou chez l’annonceur sur des sites et applications à fort trafic\n* 4 à 5 ans d’expérience minimum en digital analytics\nNiveau soft skills, on attendra de vous :\n* Forte autonomie et capacité à prendre en main un périmètre de bout en bout\n* Excellent relationnel et pédagogie pour accompagner des interlocuteurs métier non experts\n* Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens du business pour aller de la donnée à la recommandation\nVous disposez également des hard skills suivantes :\n* Maîtrise d’une solution de web analytics, idéalement Piano Analytics (ou Google Analytics 4 / Adobe Analytics)\n* Bonne connaissance du tracking : plan de marquage, recette, Tag Management System\n* Pratique d’un outil d’analyse de l’expérience utilisateur, idéalement Contentsquare\n* Expérience de la démarche CRO et de l’A/B testing (Kameleoon, AB Tasty ou équivalent)\n* Maîtrise d’un outil de data visualisation (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau...)\n* Notions de SQL
