As an TechOps Engineer, you will be responsible for the daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware within the organization.\n\nSpecifically, the TechOps Engineer will:\nRespond to incoming alerts and service desk tickets, ensuring timely visibility and communication across IT teams.\nPerform initial troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, escalating complex problems when necessary.\nGather and analyse data related to IT asset life cycles, including hardware and software inventory.\nAssist IT leadership in implementing IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategies and compliance policies.\nPrepare reports on risk remediation and optimization activities for digital technology assets.\nCoordinate with other IT groups for application deployments and ensure compliance with security standards.\nMaintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and asset changes.\n\nSkills for success:\nAbility to diagnose hardware, software, and network issues, manage service desk tickets, and escalate complex incidents effectively.\nKnowledge of IT asset life cycles, hardware and software inventory, ITAM practices, and security compliance policies.\nAbility to analyse asset data, identify risks, track remediation activities, and prepare reports to support IT optimization.\nStrong collaboration and coordination skills to support IT teams, manage application deployments, and maintain accurate incident and asset records.\n\nExperience:\n3-5 years experience in IT support or service desk.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in CS/IT or related field.\n\nAbout Us:\nElevate is an expert-led, AI-powered global law company with over 2,200 employees.
