This role is a high-activity, phone-based sales role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling 100 outbound cold calls per day.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct 100 outbound calls per day \nWork provided leads while also prospecting and generating new leads independently\nManage the entire sales cycle :\nProspecting and qualifying accounts\nProduct presentation and pricing discussions\nNegotiation and objection handling\nClosing sales and taking orders end-to-end\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with retail decision-makers\nAccurately document activities, opportunities, and orders in the CRM\nMeet or exceed daily call targets, sales goals, and revenue KPIs\nStay knowledgeable about product offerings, promotions, and pricing\nCollaborate with internal teams as needed to ensure smooth order fulfillment\nRequirements\nProven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or inside sales\nExperience selling to retail, convenience stores, gas stations, or small businesses preferred\nComfortable with high-volume outbound calling\nStrong negotiation, closing, and objection-handling skills\nAbility to manage multiple deals and follow-ups simultaneously\nSelf-motivated, resilient, and results-driven\nStrong communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive)\nBasic CRM proficiency and comfort with sales tools\nBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus\nBenefits\nClient Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.\nPayments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll.
