We need someone who can consistently dedicate their attention to Apex Fitness during their agreed working hours and stay on top of deadlines.\nReliability, work ethic, and consistency are extremely important to us.\nQualifications\nSeveral years of professional bookkeeping/accounting experience\nProven experience managing books for a US or other Western company\nStrong experience with QuickBooks online\nStrong Shopify bookkeeping experience (Tools like Link My Books)\nExperience with reconciliations and transaction categorization\nExperience with inventory-related bookkeeping\nExperience with US sales tax is a strong plus\nAccounting/bookkeeping credentials or certifications are a plus\nExcellent English communication skills\nStrong attention to detail\nDemonstrated ability to work independently\nProven track record of reliability and ownership\nWorking Hours\nPhilippine Time (PHT), daytime hours.\nBenefits\nClient Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll.
