You will assist with all facets of a warehouse operation including receiving, inventory management, creating material kits for use in manufacturing as well as logistics and shipping. This is a full-time position.\nHere’s What You’ll Do\nUse SAP system to perform Goods receipts, Goods issues, inventory movement, and other transactions.\nAccess vendor websites to obtain Certificates of Analysis (COAs).\nPerform Kitting of GMP orders from SAP generated pick list.\nPerform inventory management including executing Cycle Counts.\nUse manual labor and pallet jacks to move both GMP and non-GMP materials to and from storage locations and shipping docks.\nCross train with other team members to ensure proper back up coverage.\nMaintain a high level of communication with internal and external customers.\nCoordinate shipments and perform pack outs of GMP and non-GMP materials.\nAccess various business systems and input data with a high level of accuracy (i.e. SAP, MS Office, etc.)\nProvide loading dock coverage for receiving deliveries and handing off shipments.\nReplenish materials on POU (point of use) racks daily.\nRequirements\n1-2+ years of GMP warehouse or logistics experience\nERP / Computer Based Inventory Systems experience (SAP EWM preferred)\nAdhere to all ElevateBio safety requirements.\nStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to perform duties with minimal supervision and must be adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.\nAbility to follow detailed verbal instructions as well as follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\nDetail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.\nFlexibility in duty assignments and ability to work overtime, holidays, weekends, and different shifts as required.\nCarry on-call phone according to schedule.\nThe budgeted range for this position is$33/hour - $48/hour.
