This full-time role is critical in ensuring the efficient alignment of supply, demand, and production capabilities while maintaining agility in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nAs a Master Scheduler, you will develop and optimize scheduling strategies, analyze multiple scenarios to manage constraints, and lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to drive visibility and informed decision-making. You will play a central role in coordinating manufacturing capacity planning, slot scheduling, and operational execution, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and long-term growth plans.\nThis position is ideal for someone with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complexity, and a strategic mindset toward scheduling and supply chain operations.\nHere’s What You’ll Do\nDevelop and manage a master production schedule that aligns demand forecasts, manufacturing capacity, and resource availability.\nLead scenario planning and capacity modeling to evaluate trade-offs, identify constraints, and provide scheduling flexibility.\nOptimize slot planning and long-term facility capacity utilization to ensure efficient operations and scalability.\nContinuously assess scheduling performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve efficiency.\nLead the S&OP process, integrating demand planning, production scheduling, and inventory management to align business objectives.\nCollaborate with Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance teams to ensure a balanced approach to supply and demand planning.\nEstablish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor schedule adherence, production efficiency, and forecast accuracy.\nFacilitate monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring alignment across functions and executive visibility into scheduling constraints and opportunities.\nAct as the central scheduling liaison between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management, ensuring alignment on priorities.\nCoordinate manufacturing capacity planning and slot allocation, balancing production schedules with operational constraints.\nFacilitate collaborative meetings and communication channels to ensure all stakeholders remain informed on schedule updates and changes.\nProactively manage and resolve scheduling conflicts, adapting plans as needed to accommodate demand fluctuations and production variability.\nManage and update production schedules in SAP, ensuring compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and established workflows.\nMonitor customer demand, manufacturing constraints, and inventory levels, ensuring seamless execution of GMP activities.\nSupport technology transfers and clinical manufacturing scheduling, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient resource planning.\nEnhance material planning and inventory control processes, working closely with Manufacturing Operations and Quality Control teams.\nDefine and track KPIs for schedule performance, efficiency, and process improvements.\nDevelop and maintain advanced reporting tools, improving visibility into scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory trends.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance scheduling accuracy, manufacturing efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of related experience, OR Master’s degree with at least 4 years of related experience, OR PhD with at least 2 years of experience.\nStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with experience in scenario planning and capacity modeling.\nProficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP, with a focus on production scheduling and inventory management.\nDemonstrated expertise in S&OP development and management, including cross-functional coordination and executive reporting.\nExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex scheduling processes and competing priorities.\nProven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, balancing multiple stakeholders needs while maintaining scheduling accuracy.\nExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for advanced data analysis, modeling, and reporting;
