Our after care program gives children a safe, engaging, and predictable end to their school day through snack, enrichment activities, outdoor or indoor play, and calm transitions to pickup.\nPosition Overview\nWe are hiring reliable After Care Educators to support children ages 2-5 during our afternoon program. This is a great role for college students, education majors, high school seniors who are 18+, emerging educators, or experienced childcare professionals looking for consistent afternoon hours.\nYou do not need to have a formal education degree, but you do need to be dependable, attentive, safety-minded, and comfortable actively engaging with young children.\nWhat Success Looks Like in This Role\nYou are successful when children are safe, supervised, engaged, and accounted for throughout the afternoon.
