performance management systems suitable for: Frontline retail staff (target-driven roles)and Corporate functions (goal & outcome-driven roles)\nDrive manager capability development.\nImplement structured feedback and review processes\nRetail HR Operations:\nManage large-scale frontline workforce challenges: Attrition control, Manpower\nplanning, Incentive frameworks, Attendance & compliance\nEnsure statutory compliance across states (PF, ESI, Shops & Establishments, etc.)\nCompensation & Benefits\nDesign compensation philosophy across retail and corporate.\nEnsure internal equity and market competitiveness\nCulture & Engagement\nBuild a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.\nDrive engagement initiatives across stores and corporate.\nBuild a high-trust culture through employee and manager surveys, rewards and recognition and team bonding\nHR Operations & Compliance\nOversee payroll, benefits, and HRMS systems.\nEnsure compliance with all labour laws across locations.\nStandardize HR policies across functions\nRequirements\n10-15+ years of progressive HR experience.\nExperience managing both retail/frontline workforce and corporate teams.\nStrong exposure to high-growth or multi-location environments.\nProven experience in org design and building HR systems from scratch.\nUnderstanding of Indian labour laws and compliance requirements.\nStrong stakeholder management skills and executive
