We bring together our AI audio tools and human experts to unlock human-edited dubs, audiobooks, and more in 15+ languages directly on the ElevenLabs platform.\nHere are a few recent projects Productions has helped bring to life:\nDubbing for some of the world's biggest creators (DudePerfect, Lex Fridman, Andrew Huberman), media businesses (Headspace) and broadcasters (Mediaset)\n\nAudiobook production for leading publishers and digital storytelling platforms\n\nVoice creation, sound design, and other audio engineering services for ElevenLabs' largest customers\n\nYou can learn more about Productions here: https://elevenlabs.io/productions\n\nAs an Audio Engineering & Post-Production Lead, you will:\nLead a team of talented Audio Engineers\n\nCreate, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customer using different techniques\n\nClean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality\n\nProvide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices\n\nJoin customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for their workflows\n\nRequirements\n10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related media fields\n\nExperience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders\n\nStrong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)\n\nDeep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance\n\nAbility to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions\n\nLocation\nThis role is remote and can be executed globally.
