This is a hands-on, in-country role focused on generating enterprise pipeline, growing our brand with technical buyers, and creating programs that become benchmarks for B2B marketing in AI.\nAs our first marketing hire in LATAM Southern Cone, your work will shape how Southern Cone businesses discover, evaluate, and adopt ElevenLabs. The goal is to build repeatable marketing engines that make ElevenLabs the top choice for every enterprise.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild integrated B2B marketing campaigns end to end across Southern Cone priority industries - from strategy and messaging through execution and measurement.\n\nOwn field marketing for the region: plan and run self-hosted events (dinners, roundtables, workshops), represent ElevenLabs at third-party conferences and sponsorships, and bring in creative, high-touch formats (experiential activations, executive dinners, partner co-hosted sessions) that build pipeline and brand with technical buyers.\n\nLocalize and execute programs across ABM, content, webinars, partner/customer marketing, executive branding, product launches, and outbound - choosing the right channel for the problem rather than owning a single function.\n\nAdapt global campaigns and messaging for the Southern Cone market, and feed local insights (buyer behavior, competitive dynamics, regulatory context) back to the global team.\n\nPartner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.\n\nOwn pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results, run experiments, and continuously improve what works.\n\nRequirements\n5 to 7 years of experience at a high-growth technology company - you've built and scaled B2B demand generation programs that created measurable enterprise pipeline, and you know what moved the needle.\n\nOwnership Pedigree: You have implemented growth and marketing projects from start to finish and held yourself accountable for the ROI.\n\nDeep knowledge of the Southern Cone market: its enterprise buyers, media landscape, and business culture, ideally with an existing network.\n\nWork well without much process.
