trusted advisor on complex, high-impact compensation decisions.\n\nJob Architecture & Leveling\nDesign systems that introduce rigor without slowing the company down.\n\nEvolve our structure countries\n\nOwnership of equity programs\n\nStrong track record of building compensation systems that scale\n\nExperience designing and evolving job architectures and leveling systems\n\nExperience
