You will join a small team turning frontier speech research into products used by millions.\nYou will own backend architecture and production systems, working closely with research engineering and security. Your responsibilities will include:\nModernising voice architecture, including data models, storage and APIs.\n\nMaking voice cloning and fine-tuning pipelines reliable through monitoring, retries and failure recovery.\n\nBuilding voice creation, verification and recommendation capabilities.\n\nOwning workstreams from design to production, including frontend changes where needed.\n\nRequirements\nStrong backend engineering experience building and scaling high-traffic production systems.\n\nStrong system design and database fundamentals, including data modelling, concurrency, migrations and security.\n\nExperience operating production services, with strong debugging, monitoring and failure recovery skills.\n\nIndependent ownership, clear communication and the drive to ship quickly, with confidence working across the stack.\n\nWe value engineering fundamentals over specific languages or databases. Prior audio experience is not required.
