This is a hybrid role - 4 days per week on-site and one day working from home.\nWhat You'll Do\nDevice lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping\n\nOffice IT support: provide on-hand support to our colleagues in our New York office, as well as support with expansions and/or office buildouts\n\nAV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably\n\nEnd-user support: be the first point of contact for the team by logging, prioritising and resolving support tickets in a timely manner, keeping end users informed throughout.\n\nOnboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners\n\nNew IT projects: contribute to IT initiatives\n\nAutomation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work\n\nDocumentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides (fixes, processes and playbooks) to continue building out our internal knowledge base\n\nWhat you bring\nA friendly, end-user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.\n\nStrong organisational skills, attention to details and a proactive mindset.\n\nSolid IT fundamentals (macOS, iOS and Android Operating systems, networking basics, SaaS tooling, AV systems etc.)\n\nHands-on experience with an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet or similar)\n\nExperience with Okta (or similar IdP) and understanding of access management principles, SSO, MFA and user/group management.\n\nA willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing helpful documentation.\n\nBonus\nPrior experience in a high growth / startup environment\n\nExperience in a customer or public-facing role\n\nExperience with Agentic AI tooling\n\nFamiliarity with bash scripting\n\nWhat we offer\nAt ElevenLabs, our biggest reward is shaping that future of voice technology.
