You will own relationships with leading PE & Growth Investor firms, embed ElevenLabs into their Enterprise Value Creation programs, and drive AI adoption across portfolio companies.\nOperating at the intersection of PE, Growth Investors, enterprise AI, & GTM, you will partner with Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, portfolio executives, and our Sales organization to source, accelerate, and close opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of BD & Partnerships & all regional GTM leads to define the strategy while owning execution across multiple PE & Growth Investor relationships.\nYour success will be measured by your ability to build a scalable investor partner ecosystem that consistently generates enterprise pipeline and ARR.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn your first 6 - 9 months, you will:\nLaunch the ElevenLabs Private Equity & Growth Investor Partner Program.\n\nRecruit and activate 8-10 leading PE and growth investor partners, securing ElevenLabs’ inclusion in their Value Creation and portfolio engagement programs.\n\nBuild a repeatable GTM engagement model between investor operating teams and ElevenLabs to accelerate portfolio company adoption, pipeline generation, and deal velocity.\n\nEstablish a foundation for a scalable, partner-sourced ARR business.\n\nResponsibilities\nPrivate Equity & Growth Investor Partnerships\nBuild and manage executive relationships with Operating Partners, Value Creation leaders, and investment professionals across leading PE & Growth investor firms.\n\nStructure and negotiate partnership agreements, joint GTM plans, referral models, and enterprise value programs.\n\nBecome the trusted AI partner for PE firms looking to accelerate value creation across their portfolio.\n\nPortfolio Company Activation\nIdentify high-priority portfolio companies and develop joint account plans with PE operating teams.\n\nCoordinate with Enterprise AEs, FDEs, Customer Success, and Product to drive AI deployments from initial introduction through production.\n\nHelp portfolio companies identify high-value AI use cases and accelerate adoption.\n\nPipeline & Revenue\nOwn pipeline generation and ARR sourced through PE partnerships.\n\nBuild and maintain a rolling portfolio company pipeline across assigned sponsors.\n\nDrive executive introductions, accelerate deal velocity, and expand successful deployments across additional portfolio companies.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership\nPartner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to execute PE opportunities.\n\nDevelop repeatable GTM playbooks, executive engagement models, and portfolio-wide AI adoption frameworks.\n\nRepresent ElevenLabs at PE conferences, operating partner forums, and executive events.\n\nYou May Be a Good Fit If You\nHave 8-12+ years of experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud, or enterprise software, with a focus on strategic partnerships involving Private Equity and Growth Investors.\n\nHave experience working with PE firms, Growth Investors, Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, or PE-backed portfolio companies.\n\nHave a track record of building strategic partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.\n\nHave strong executive presence and can engage credibly with Managing Partners, Operating Partners, CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and investment professionals.\n\nHave successfully navigated complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.\n\nAre comfortable discussing AI platforms and enterprise technology with both business and technical audiences.\n\nThrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy building new partnership motions from the ground up.\n\nAre highly commercial, operate
