The team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners - including Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering - to drive accountability, insights, and operational integrity across the business.\nIn this role, you will be responsible for:\nEnd-to-End Process Management - Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support trust and safety functions, promoting consistency and adoption across the org.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance trust infrastructure and operational effectiveness.\n\nLeadership Partnership - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights, risk reporting, and actionable recommendations.\n\nData-Driven Strategy - Oversee analytics across trust functions.
