We are now looking for a Senior Product Owner to take ownership of our Cloud Native Workforce Management product.\n\nABOUT TEAMS\nYou will join the team building our Cloud Native Workforce Management (WFM) solution – the product that helps teams to manage forecast demand, schedule people and run their day-to-day at scale. The team is cross-functional and self-organizing: product, backend, frontend, QA and DevOps working together in a genuinely agile setup, owning their components from idea through to production.\nWe are adopting AI across both product and engineering, so you will be working in an environment where new tooling and new ways of working are actively encouraged. Depending on business priorities and your own interests, you may also be assigned to other products or projects in our portfolio – which means a broad view of the product platform. \n\nCreate, prioritize and own the roadmap for the Workforce Management product\n\nCommunicate with internal and external customers to align the product roadmap\n\nWork with cross-functional development teams to deliver new products & enhance existing features\n\nAct as a single point of contact for communicating business requirements to the teams\n\nIdentify opportunities to apply AI in the product, and define, validate and deliver AI-driven features\n\nDefine and track product success metrics;
