You’ll align stakeholders, define the right outcomes and priorities, and give teams the clarity to build solutions.Your responsibilities:Defining problems, opportunities, and success outcomes, while empowering the team to determine how to get there\nDefining clear project scope, constraints, and priorities to ensure delivery within set timelines\nCommunicating intent through diagrams, sketches, and outlines rather than exhaustive documentation\nCommunicating to users, customer support, and business stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and strategic direction\nPitching shaped work to the leadership team for consideration in upcoming development cycles\nIdentifying potential technical issues upfront and teaming up with senior developers to validate feasibility\nKeeping specs lean and clear – just enough for the team to get started without overloading on documentation\nReviewing delivered work against the original intent and stakeholder needs\nWhat we’re looking for:Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within the fintech, financial services, or other fast-paced, dynamic environments\nSystems thinking – ability to see how a feature fits into the bigger picture and shape it into a clear, manageable task\nUX and technical awareness – ability to sketch interface ideas and understand how they might be implemented, without being a designer or developer\nAbility to pitch ideas clearly and concisely in writing and verbally\nCustomer-centric mindset\nBeing comfortable with trade-offs and limiting scope to ensure projects are delivered within time constraints\nComfortable making decisions with incomplete information and carrying them forward\n\nBonus points for:Experience with large scale software projects\nExperience with finance products
