You’ll help keep work organized, connect information across teams and help the CIO stay on top of what needs attention.\nYou don’t need to be an IT expert. We’re looking for someone organized, sharp with details, comfortable working with data and keen to learn. Someone we can count on to follow through, check the numbers and ask when something doesn’t add up.Your responsibilities:Help the CIO organize priorities, meetings and day-to-day agenda\nTrack tasks, deadlines and dependencies across technology teams\nMonitor Jira workflows, follow up on stalled tickets and help teams keep work moving\nSupport IT work planning by collecting team input, coordinating priorities and tracking progress\nHelp prepare IT reports, presentations and updates by bringing together information from different teams\nPrepare meeting agendas and materials, capture key decisions and share recaps with clear action points\nTrack IT service costs and spending against the budget\nCoordinate communication between IT teams, business colleagues and external partners\nKeep documentation and project information organized and up to date\nSupport internal initiatives, research tools and suggest ways to simplify everyday work\nWhat we’re looking for:Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through\nAn interest in technology\nClear communication and confidence in asking questions, clarifying details and following up with colleagues\nThe ability to make sense of scattered information and turn it into clear next steps\nGood judgment when handling sensitive information\nStrong English, both written and spoken\nConfidence with everyday digital tools and an interest in using AI to work more efficiently\nExperience in IT project coordination, operations or supporting senior management would be an advantage\nWhat we offer:Performance-based
