Estamos a Recrutar: Appian Developer
Estamos a recrutar um(a) Appian Developer para integrar projetos de desenvolvimento aplicacional em ambiente empresarial de elevada exigência, com forte foco em Business Process Management (BPM), qualidade técnica e proximidade ao negócio, nomeadamente em contextos regulados e de grande escala.
Principais Responsabilidades
- Desenvolver, manter e evoluir aplicações Appian, incluindo modelos de processos, interfaces e integrações
- Colaborar com analistas de negócio e stakeholders, assegurando a correta recolha, análise e tradução de requisitos funcionais e técnicos
- Apoiar o desenho e implementação de soluções escaláveis, robustas e eficientes
- Participar em code reviews, promovendo padrões de qualidade e boas práticas de desenvolvimento
- Analisar, diagnosticar e resolver incidentes técnicos de forma estruturada e eficiente
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de desenvolvimento e frameworks de trabalho
- Acompanhar a evolução da plataforma Appian e as tendências relevantes do setor
O Perfil que Procuramos
- Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Tecnologias de Informação ou área equivalente
- 2 a 3 anos de experiência em desenvolvimento com Appian
- Experiência em ambientes empresariais complexos e/ou regulados (valorizada)
- Sólido domínio de conceitos de BPM (Business Process Management)
- Conhecimentos de Java, SQL e tecnologias web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Certificação Appian Certified Associate Developer ou superior (preferencial)
- Experiência em metodologias Agile
- Elevada capacidade de análise, rigor técnico e atenção ao detalhe
- Fortes competências de comunicação, colaboração e trabalho em equipa
