estratégias comerciais de curto e longo prazo, alinhadas com os objetivos da organização;\n\nRepresentar a empresa em feiras, eventos e iniciativas de networking para geração de leads e desenvolvimento de negócio;\n\nDesenvolver e manter relações sólidas com clientes e parceiros estratégicos;\n\nApoiar tecnicamente a equipa comercial e os escritórios regionais na implementação de soluções;\n\nAnalisar tendências de mercado, concorrência e novas oportunidades de crescimento;\n\nElaborar análises de mercado, relatórios comerciais e recomendações estratégicas para a gestão;\n\nContribuir para o reforço do posicionamento competitivo da empresa através da identificação de novas oportunidades e iniciativas de crescimento.\n\nPerfil Pretendido\nLicenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou área similar;\n\nExperiência mínima de 5 anos em Business Development, Vendas Consultivas ou Desenvolvimento Comercial;\n\nExperiência no setor segurador ou financeiro (obrigatório);\n\nExperiência na participação em feiras, eventos e ações de networking com foco na geração de negócio;\n\nConhecimentos de técnicas de negociação, desenvolvimento comercial e análise de mercado;\n\nForte orientação para resultados e desenvolvimento de negócio;\n\nExcelente capacidade de comunicação, negociação e relacionamento interpessoal;\n\nPerfil autónomo, proativo e orientado para objetivos.\n\nIdiomas\nInglês fluente
