This is a major part of the role.\n5. Compliance, audits and governance\nOversee GST, TDS, income tax, statutory audits, Companies Act compliance and internal financial controls. Experience maintaining clean audits is important.\n6. Finance team and systems leadership\nLead and develop the finance team, improve reporting processes and manage finance ERP systems.
