User account creation, modification, and deletion. Password resets and account unlocks. File system and directory permission management. Basic package installation and updates using: YUM/DNF ,APT ,RPM Diagnose and resolve basic Linux OS issues. Analyze system logs and identify recurring issues. Handle service restart requests and basic troubleshooting. Ensure ticket updates and SLA compliance. Participate in shift handovers and operational reviews. Verify backup completion status. Monitor disk usage and filesystem growth & File system management. Perform log rotation and cleanup activities. Coordinate server reboot and maintenance activities.
