ROLE SUMMARY\n-------------------------------------------------------------\nWe are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong\nexpertise in Materials Management (MM) combined with hands-on\ncapability in Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) on SAP S/4HANA.\nThe candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, fit-gap\nanalysis, solution design, configuration, testing and support of MM\nand aATP processes. The role requires deep understanding of\nprocurement and inventory processes along with the ability to design\nand configure availability check, backorder processing and supply\nassignment scenarios in S/4HANA.\n-------------------------------------------------------------\n2. MANDATORY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS\n-------------------------------------------------------------\n* Minimum 8+ years of total SAP functional experience in MM.\n* Minimum ONE end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Implementation project\n(Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Go-Live phases).\n* Minimum ONE SAP S/4HANA Support / AMS project (incident handling,\nproblem management, change requests and enhancements).\n* Hands-on configuration experience in Advanced ATP (aATP) on\nS/4HANA - mandatory.\n* Clear understanding of the differences between:\n- Classic ATP (ECC availability check)\n- Global ATP (gATP on SCM/APO)\n- Advanced ATP (aATP embedded in S/4HANA)\n* Experience working with SAP Activate / ASAP methodology.\n* Experience in onsite-offshore delivery model and direct client\ninteraction.\n-------------------------------------------------------------\n3. INTEGRATION KNOWLEDGE (MANDATORY / PREFERRED)\n-------------------------------------------------------------\n* MM - FI/CO integration: account determination, GR/IR, cost\ncenters, internal orders, WBS, Material Ledger.\n* MM - SD integration: intercompany billing, STO with delivery,\nthird-party sales, availability check impact on sales orders.\n* MM - PP integration: BOM, production orders, backflush,\nsubcontracting components, MRP demand/supply linkage.\n* MM - QM integration: quality inspection at GR, usage decision,\nquality stock and its ATP relevance.\n* MM - WM / EWM integration: delivery distribution, storage\nlocation control, goods movement posting from EWM.\n* aATP - SD/PP/MM integration: confirmation flow to sales orders,\ndeliveries, production and procurement elements.\n* Integration with SAP IBP, S/4HANA Supply Chain and external\nplanning systems - good to have.\n* Understanding of Ariba / SRM / Fieldglass integration touchpoints\n- good to have.\n-------------------------------------------------------------\n6. TECHNICAL AWARENESS (PREFERRED)\n-------------------------------------------------------------\n* Ability to write clear functional specifications for RICEFW\nobjects and coordinate with ABAP developers.\n* Debugging capability (basic ABAP debugging, ST22, SU53, SLG1).\n* Understanding of BAdIs, User Exits and Enhancement Spots relevant\nto MM and aATP.\n* Knowledge of CDS views, Fiori apps, embedded analytics and KPI\ntiles.\n* IDoc knowledge - ORDERS, ORDRSP, DESADV, INVOIC, MBGMCR and\nerror handling (WE02, WE19, BD87).\n* Data migration tools - LSMW, LTMC / LTMOM, Migration Cockpit,\nBAPI / BDC based loads.\n* Awareness of S/4HANA Simplification List items relevant to MM\n(Business Partner, MATDOC, removal of MB* transactions,\nMaterial Number field length extension).\n* Test management tools - Tricentis, HP ALM, Solution Manager Test\nSuite.\n* Ticketing / ALM tools - ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, Azure DevOps.\n-------------------------------------------------------------\n7. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\n-------------------------------------------------------------\n* Conduct requirement gathering workshops, As-Is / To-Be analysis\nand fit-gap assessment for MM and aATP processes.\n* Design and configure MM and aATP solutions aligned to business\nrequirements and SAP best practices.\n* Prepare functional specifications for developments, enhancements\nand interfaces; coordinate with technical team through build.\n* Configure and test Product Availability Check, Backorder\nProcessing, Alternative-Based Confirmation, Release for Delivery,\nSupply Assignment, Product Allocation and Supply Protection.\n* Prepare and execute unit test scripts, support SIT, UAT and\nregression testing; track and resolve defects.\n* Prepare BPML, configuration documents, test scripts, cutover plans\nand end-user training material.\n* Support data migration activities including master data validation\nand reconciliation.\n* Provide go-live and hypercare support; handle production incidents\nwithin agreed SLAs with proper root cause analysis.\n* Analyze and resolve ATP confirmation discrepancies, BOP result\nissues and allocation shortfalls.\n* Drive process improvements, automation opportunities and adoption\nof standard S/4HANA and Fiori capabilities.\n* Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer to support teams.\n* Mentor junior consultants and review their deliverables.\n-------------------------------------------------------------\n8.
