majoring in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field.\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage users, ask relevant questions, and understand business needs.\n- Good written and verbal English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.\n- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a structured approach to understanding business challenges.\n- Ability to organize information and translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks.\n- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis, reporting, or dashboard concepts.\n- Detail-oriented, with a focus on data accuracy, consistency, and quality.\n- Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while collaborating effectively with team members.\n- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies, business processes, AI, and automation
