criteria, audit findings, and issue closure; clear lanes, shared accountability for outcomes.\nRepresent PSU and Scuf in cross-functional and executive-facing readiness reviews.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field; advanced degree a plus.\n3-5+ years in a hardware product/NPI engineering role, with direct, hands-on ownership of power electronics, PCBA, or similar component-level engineering.\nDemonstrated experience owning supplier relationships through DVT/PVT/OOBE and mass production ramp.\nComfortable reading schematics and BOMs, and engaging suppliers on technical trade-offs directly.\nExperience with root-cause analysis methodology (8D, DOE, or equivalent) and driving corrective actions to closure.\nStrong written and verbal communication; able to translate technical detail into clear, exec-ready status.\nExperience with gaming, consumer electronics, or power-supply hardware is a strong plus.\nComfortable working with suppliers and manufacturing partners primarily based in Asia; some flexibility for early or late
