Translate insights into clear product requirements and recommendations.\nCreate and maintain product requirement documents, feature definitions, user experience\nexpectations, and launch criteria.\nWork closely with engineering, industrial design, project management, software, firmware,\noperations, quality, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to deliver complete user experiences.\nCommunicate clearly and efficiently with suppliers on requirements, sample feedback,\ndevelopment priorities, issues, timelines, tradeoffs, and action plans.\nEvaluate, test, report, and handle issues for prototypes and pre-production samples, including\nhands-on investigation and supplier follow-up.\nCreate business cases, financial models, forecasts, and market opportunity assessments to\nsupport product decisions and prioritization.\nHelp sales, marketing, customer care, and go-to-market teams understand product positioning,\nfeatures, benefits, target users, competitive differentiation, and launch priorities.\nCreate executive overviews and proactively communicate project status, decisions needed,\nrisks, issues, blockers, recommended actions, and next steps to stakeholders.\nCreate and maintain supporting product documentation, including SKU sheets, FAQs, manuals,\nsetup guidance, and product profiles.\nCreate recommended setups, software settings, tuning guidance, and usage profiles; investigate\nproduct issues, create issue reports, and support root cause analysis and resolution planning\nacross the lifecycle.\nMonitor post-launch customer feedback, quality trends, supplier feedback, support issues,\nreviews, sales input, and competitive changes.\nTravel to the Fanatec main office in Landshut, Germany as required to align with product,\nengineering, and business stakeholders.\nEssential Skills and Experience:\nRequired:\n7-10+ years in total, and at least 3+ years of Product Management experience in the same,\nsimilar, or adjacent field, such as sim racing products, gaming peripherals, gaming hardware,\nconsumer electronics, enthusiast technology, or similar hardware categories.\nExperience working with hardware products and understanding of product development from\nconcept through launch and lifecycle management.\nFluent spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate clearly across\nlocal suppliers and international stakeholders.\nAbility to work closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners, clearly communicating\nrequirements, feedback, priorities, issues, and follow-up actions.\nStrong passion for and practical familiarity with sim racing, simulation, gaming peripherals, or\nenthusiast hardware.\nExcellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts\nclearly to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, software,\nfirmware, project management, marketing, sales, operations, quality, suppliers, and executive\nstakeholders.\nAnalytical approach to decision-making, including comfort with business cases, forecasts,\nfinancial inputs, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and data-driven recommendations.\nStrong customer focus and experience helping deliver products, features, or experiences that\naddress real consumer needs.\nStrong organization, ownership, and attention to detail across documentation, product\nrequirements, SKU information, launch materials, issue reports, supplier follow-up, and\nstakeholder communication.\nSelf-directed, proactive, and hands-on approach to issue solving, with a strong habit of reporting\nstatus, risks, and blockers to stakeholders early and clearly.\nProficiency with general office productivity suites for documents, spreadsheets, presentations,\ncommunication, and collaboration.\nAble and willing to travel to the Fanatec main office in Landshut, Germany as required.\nBeneficial:\nExperience with Jira, Confluence, product requirement systems, product requirement\ndocuments, or similar product development documentation workflows.\nEducation in engineering, product management, business, technology, or a similar field.\nExperience with sim racing hardware ecosystems, gaming peripherals, force feedback systems,\nwheels, pedals, accessories, drivers, firmware, configuration software, or setup profiles.\nExperience working with China-based suppliers, ODM/OEM partners, manufacturing\ndevelopment, sample management, or production readiness workflows.\nReal-world racing, karting, motorsport, track, or racing setup experience is a plus but is
