This role is responsible for applying business and technical expertise to support the Global Manufacturing & Quality Learning and Development organization and business partners in the creation, implementation, and maintenance of learning and performance support interventions.\nResponsibilities\nThe LEP is accountable for site-level training execution, delivery tracking, and frontline quality assurance within the GMQLD operating model. The LEP works closely with the LA and Platform Lead to ensure site-specific needs are addressed and training is delivered effectively.\nTraining Execution & Floor Delivery\nExecute training solutions/initiatives.\nAddress site-specific training needs, including local procedures, equipment-specific content, and site onboarding.\nManage OJT execution using standardized DOJT templates and digital tools.\nServe as the primary coordinator for on-unit qualification activities.\nEnsure training is delivered just-in-time, aligned to production schedules and floor reality.\nDelivery Tracking & Compliance\nManage training completion tracking and ensure timely documentation in the LMS.\nMonitor qualification status and escalate gaps or at-risk completions to LA and Platform Lead.\nSupport audit readiness by maintaining accurate and current training records.\nEnsure compliance with GMP training requirements and site-specific regulatory obligations.\nFrontline Quality Assurance\nObserve and assess training effectiveness on the floor; identify gaps in learner competence or confidence.\nSurface site-specific execution needs, process changes, and training gaps back to the LA.\nStakeholder Partnership\nServe as the first point of contact for site.\nFeed site-specific execution needs and feedback back to LA and Platform Lead.\nPartner with site business teams on training priorities.\nRepresent the site in platform-level forums and contribute to cross-site alignment.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor's degree\nMinimum 2 years' experience in a GxP-regulated manufacturing environment.\nPreferences\nKnowledge of GMP training requirements and compliance training.\nExperience with training delivery, OJT execution, or learning operations in a manufacturing setting.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nLanguage Requirements: English proficiency (written & verbal); local language proficiency as required by site.\nManufacturing floor experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments.\nExperience with digital OJT tools, LMS platforms, or training record management.\nAbility to work independently at site level with minimal supervision.\nStrong interpersonal skills - ability to work with operators, supervisors, and site leadership.\nFamiliarity with SuccessFactors, QualityDocs, or equivalent systems.\nExperience supporting audits or regulatory inspections related to training.\nLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions. The anticipated wage for this position is\n€37,870 - €89,650Full-time equivalent employees may also be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
