Analytics Delivery & Technical Leadership\nLead design, development, and delivery of analytics solutions / dashboards / reports\nPerform advanced data analysis, modelling, and interpretation\nEnsure data quality, validation, and compliance standards\nDrive set-up, conduct, and closure phases for data delivery in clinical/data programmes\nTranslate business questions into analytical frameworks and outputs\nB. Business Translation & Stakeholder Engagement\nConvert business requirements into technical specifications\nPresent insights to stakeholders in clear, actionable form\nPartner with cross-functional teams to shape strategy and decisions\nProvide analytics support for study/program deliverables and regulatory needs\nC. Process, Standards & Governance\nDefine and enforce data standards, checks, and validation frameworks\nImprove efficiency, consistency, and scalability of analytics processes\nEnsure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory expectations\nLead adoption of standardized approaches and tools across teams\nD.
