Not only do we deliver breakthrough medications, but you also can count on us to develop creative solutions to support communities through philanthropy and volunteerism.\nPosition Description:\nThe Operator - Materials Management - IAPI includes receiving, sampling, storage, and shipping of raw materials and packaging components in support of Lilly manufacturing sites. (Both US and OUS customers). Required to handle and process materials in inventory system following GMP processes at all times. This position reports to a Supervisor (Supervisor - Supply Chain/ Materials Management - IAPI).\nKey Objectives/Deliverables:\nCustomer Service\nAccurate receiving, sampling, and storage of manufacturing components from outside vendors. \nShip orders to internal and external Lilly customers.\nUnloading / loading of materials at Docks, receiving of materials, storage of material in appropriate storage zones, preparation and shipping to customer orders, order processing in warehouse inventory system, cycle counting.\nSafety and Compliance\nFollow all Safety requirements and procedures. \nRoutinely inspect area for health and safety issues. \nAssist with Implementation of countermeasures from safety incident investigations. \nWork with Supervisor and Safety representatives to implement Safety Projects.\nQuality and Compliance\nFollow all GMP, and other regulatory requirements. Participate in Quality initiatives and audits. \nCompliance to FDA, EMEA, DEA, OSHA, IDEM, and EPA regulations.\nPerformance Improvement\nMeet appropriate goals for performance improvement as defined by area Leadership.\nBasic Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent.\nQualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
