If you’re driven by purpose and ready to bring your best to work that truly matters for patients, we invite you to join us.\nGlobal Patient Safety (GPS) Project Manager\nPosition Summary\nAs the GPS Project Manager, you will serve as the project lead responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the Lilly Global Safety System (LGSS) program to support the broader GPS business strategy.\nIn this role, you will partner closely with business, IT, Quality, and Tech@Lilly stakeholders to enable the development, implementation, and support of a compliant, reliable, and scalable program solution. This role also engages with external parties, including vendors and partners, to advance Lilly's ability to capture, process, and report adverse event data in accordance with global regulatory requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine, lead, and execute implementation plans for the LGSS program across multiple workstreams, including organizational change management, validation, and data migration.\nDrive and manage key deliverables and program milestones, monitoring progress to enable clear, data-driven decision making.\nIdentify, monitor, and communicate project needs to appropriate stakeholders.\nLead planning ceremonies, risk and dependency management, and issue escalation across cross-functional teams supporting the program.\nProvide progress reports and program metrics to leadership, process owners, and end users.\nManage vendor relationships and deliverables related to LGSS, including scope, timelines, quality, and performance against contractual commitments.\nProvide project management best practices, communication guidance, and support across the program.\nCoordinate and support testing and validation activities to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. \nUnderstand GPS business strategies, processes, and technology as they relate to global patient safety and adverse event reporting.\nActively participate in shared learning across the team; coach and train others as needed to ensure effective execution of program processes.\nManage and govern cross dependencies of all other upstream and downstream implementations that impact LGSS.\nBasic Qualification s\nBachelor's degree\nExperience leading large, multi-year projects or programs\nExperience leading a program implementation in a regulated environment\nKnowledge of regulatory and quality requirements\nDemonstrated experience leading, coaching, and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders\nDemonstrated experience in management and leadership of multiple large-scale programs\nPreferred Qualifications\nAdvanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project and/or Critical Chain).\nStrong strategic thinking, collaboration and coordination skills to effectively plan and deliver\nProject management certification, education, or training (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Six Sigma Black/Green Belt)\nCritical Chain\nExperience with pharmacovigilance or adverse event reporting systems (e.g., Argus, Veeva Safety)\nMulti-vendor and Supplier Management experience\nGood interpersonal and leadership skills\nDemonstrated track record of successful execution of complex Programs and initiatives\nFlexibility in approach; able to adjust to unexpected risks\nLilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
