campaigns.\nCreating content across websites, social media, email, case studies, presentations and marketing materials.\nWorking closely with Bid, Sales, Culinary and Operations teams to support new business, client engagement and retention.\nCoordinating marketing activity for events, conferences, client meetings and tenders.\nMonitoring campaign performance and using insights to improve activity.\nOverseeing external agencies and suppliers, alongside marketing plans, content calendars and budgets.\nKeeping up to date with healthcare trends, customer needs and competitor activity.\nThe ingredients you'll bring...\nProven marketing experience, ideally within Healthcare, care, hospitals, foodservice, hospitality, B2B or a regulated sector.\nExperience across marketing, content, communications, brand and campaign delivery.\nStrong organisation and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt content for different audiences.\nCommercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports business growth and customer engagement.\nA proactive, creative and hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.\nAn understanding of the sensitivities involved in healthcare and care marketing.\nKnowledge of CQC, GDPR or healthcare advertising standards would be advantageous.\nDigital marketing and content creation experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential, we’ll support you to develop these
