proactive safety culture across Elior UK.\nSupport the delivery and continuous improvement of food safety and health & safety programmes.\nProvide expert guidance, coaching and support to operational teams and stakeholders at all levels.\nCarry out audits, investigations and reviews, identifying improvements and sharing best practice.\nSupport incident reporting and ensure key learnings are embedded across the business.\nDeliver engaging food safety and health & safety training to colleagues.\nBuild strong relationships across the business to influence behaviours and drive improved safety performance.\nThe ingredients you'll bring...\nProven experience in food safety and/or health & safety management, ideally within hospitality, foodservice or a similar high-risk environment.\nStrong knowledge of food safety standards, legislation, HACCP and health & safety management systems.\nExperience influencing, coaching and engaging stakeholders at all levels.\nExperience conducting audits, investigations and delivering safety training.\nExcellent communication skills with the confidence to challenge and drive continuous improvement.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nRelevant qualifications including Health & Safety and Level 4 Food Safety (or equivalent)\nExperience within Education or Healthcare would be
