stakeholders.\nManage project risks, issues, dependencies and changes, putting appropriate mitigation and contingency plans in place.\nProvide clear and regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.\nOversee quality control and ensure project deliverables meet agreed standards and requirements.\nProvide technical guidance and support to project and development teams, ensuring effective solutions and best practice.\nIdentify opportunities to improve project delivery processes, keeping up to date with relevant technology and industry developments.\nLead, support and mentor project team members, helping to create a high-performing project environment.\nThe ingredients you'll bring...\nProven experience working as a Senior Project Manager, ideally delivering complex projects or transformation programmes.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and/or hybrid approaches.\nExperience using project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.\nA strong technical understanding, including experience with customisation, configuration and integration.\nExperience working on international projects and collaborating with global teams.\nStrong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels.\nProven experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams.\nStrong problem-solving, decision-making and risk management skills.\nKnowledge of industry best practice in project implementation and migration.\nAPM or similar project management qualification would be
