This includes switches and firewalls.\n#Boost\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nDesign and implement network solutions that support business operations and growth.\nMonitor and maintain network performance, availability, and security.\nTroubleshoot and resolve network issues in collaboration with IT support and business users.\nMaintain accurate documentation of network configurations and system architecture.\nWork and coordinate with third party vendors for Smart Hands work for new deployments and troubleshooting.\nSupport infrastructure upgrades and migrations, including cloud and virtualization initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with security policies and industry standards.\nParticipate in disaster recovery planning and execution.\nManaging our Phones Systems used across the company\nWhat we’re looking for:\nMust-have:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.\n3-5 years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure support.\nKnowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and Phone Systems Teams-Centrex etc.)\nExperience with tools like Cisco, Meraki\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute as a reliable team player in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\nTravel up to 5% \nNice-to-haves:\nITIL Certification \nWork Location\nThis position is based on site at our corporate office in Houston, TX, Monday - Thursday in office and remote on Fridays.
