The ideal candidate will have the technical skills required to maintain facilities and properties and be capable of handling a variety of tasks, including general repairs, construction, and other facility-related duties.\nResponsibilities:\nComplete all work orders, including routine and emergency maintenance, for assigned buildings, and manage the electronic work order system\nPerform hands-on repairs at assigned locations, including light carpentry and general repairs\nConduct routine inspections of all assigned buildings, ensuring adherence to maintenance policies and compliance with regulatory requirements\nParticipate in special building projects as directed by the supervisor\nBe part of a 10-week on-call rotation for nights and weekends (once every 10 weeks) to address emergencies as needed\nQualifications:\nRequires a High school diploma or equivalent\nMinimum of 3 years working in general maintenance\nValid Massachusetts drivers license and personal truck or van to carry supplies, equipment or tools\nGeneral contractor’s license/trade experience strongly preferred \nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm\nAnnual Salary\n$65,000—$85,000 USD\nAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
