Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. As a valued member of a multidisciplinary team, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the program, supervising program staff to ensure the delivery of high quality support and service. The ideal candidate must possess a strong commitment to mental health recovery as well as strong communication, organizational and managerial skills. \n\nResponsibilities:\nManage and oversee the day-to-day operations and overall service delivery for residential program \nCoordinate and direct case management services for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively\nFoster a culture of hope, recovery, and resilience within the program by emphasizing each person’s strength\nHire, train and supervise program staff utilizing a coaching and team building environment\nFacilitate communication within the team and with external supports, including medical services, psychiatric services, care coordination entities, family members, and other involved providers \n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field\nExperience working with adults with mental illness\nValid Massachusetts drivers license \n\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm\n\nAnnual Salary\n$60,000—$70,000 USD\nAt Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
