This role will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, business analysts, solution architects, project managers, and technical teams to ensure applications meet business requirements, technical specifications, State policies, and our client regulations.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute manual and automated test cases to ensure the quality of enterprise applications.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications.\nAnalyze and report defects found during testing, providing recommendations for resolution.\nWork closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of applications.\nDevelop and maintain test automation frameworks to support large-scale enterprise applications.\nProvide training and support to business stakeholders and technical teams on testing methodologies and best practices.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the quality of applications.\nDevelop and maintain test data to support large-scale enterprise applications.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts.\nDevelop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to support large-scale enterprise applications.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nFive (5) or more years of Quality Assurance experience testing large enterprise applications.\nStrong experience with manual and automated testing methodologies.\nExperience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete.\nStrong understanding of business requirements, technical specifications, State policies, and our client regulations.\nExperience with policy-driven enterprise applications and business terminology used in our client environments.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.\nExperience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.\nExperience with Salesforce, Java-based applications, Mobile/PWA applications, and integrated services.\nTools & Technologies\nSelenium, Appium, or TestComplete.\nJava, Salesforce, Mobile/PWA applications, and integrated services.\nAgile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks.\nWork Schedule & Duration\nRemote initially.
