(CCI)\nReports To: Recruiting Manager, Perm\nLocation: Remote; preference in the DC, Maryland, Virginia region\nSchedule: Fulltime; 40 hours\nPosition Summary\nThe Permanent Placement Recruiter supports CCI's growing perm desk, recruiting therapy clinicians for direct hire roles with a large health system client and other permanent openings in our system.\nThis is a full desk role. Your primary focus is recruiting for our established health system client, working closely with the Recruiting Manager, Perm to fill PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA, and hand therapy openings across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will also build new opportunity by finding permanent openings with other healthcare employers for strong candidates in your network.\nKey Responsibilities\nSourcing & Candidate Engagement\nSource therapy clinicians through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, our careers site, referrals, and student and campus events.\nScreen candidates for licensure, experience, setting fit, schedule, and compensation expectations.\nPresent openings in a consultative way that highlights the opportunity and the client's culture.\nPlacement Execution\nSubmit qualified candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.\nManage offers, start dates, and pre-employment steps in partnership with the client's HR team.\nCheck in with new hires through their first 90 days to support a successful start and retention.\nBusiness Development\nMarket strong candidates to healthcare employers to uncover new permanent openings.\nBuild relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders at new clients, and manage the openings you bring in.\nPartner with CCI leadership on fee agreements and client setup for new accounts.\nSystems & Partnership\nKeep candidate records, activity, and placements current and accurate in TargetRecruit/Salesforce.\nPartner with the Recruiting Manager, Perm on priorities, pipeline reviews, and client feedback.\nShare market insights on candidate availability and compensation trends.\nSuccess Measures\nSuccess in this role is measured by:\nPlacements per month, against the ramp schedule shared at hire\nNew client openings and placements generated\nWeekly submittals and interviews scheduled\n90-day retention of placed candidates\nCandidate and hiring manager experience\nData accuracy in our ATS\nQualifications\nRequired\n1+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare or permanent placement.\nComfort with high-volume outreach and a steady weekly activity rhythm.\nConfidence reaching out to hiring managers to market candidates and uncover new openings.\nStrong communication skills by phone, text, and email.\nSelf-directed and organized, able to produce in a remote, part time schedule.\nExperience with an ATS or CRM.\nPreferred\nExperience recruiting therapy clinicians (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA, CHT).\nExperience recruiting for a hospital or health system.\nExperience with Salesforce or TargetRecruit.\nCompensation\n$60,000 - $65,000, based on experience\nCommission of 10% of the placement fee on recruiting, and 20% when you also bring in the client opening.\nCCI and Elite365 are equal opportunity employers.
