Account Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

We are searching for a dynamic and task-oriented individual with extensive experience in digital marketing to join us as a Digital Marketing Account Supervisor. The ideal candidate should embody a blend of being driven, responsible, accountable, enthusiastic and possess a sense of humour. The primary role of the Account Supervisor will involve overseeing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and facilitating the successful delivery of digital projects aligned with client objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the primary point of contact for all client account management issues
• Cultivate and manage enduring, trusted advisor relationships with key clients and stakeholders, offering marketing consultation and customer service
• Assist in handling challenging client requests or escalating issues as necessary
• Collaborate with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure prompt and successful project delivery based on client requirements
• Monitor and promptly communicate changes in project scope on an agreed upon regular basis to clients and internal teams
• Coordinate with internal teams to predict, monitor, and communicate key account metrics to clients
• Generate reports on account status for internal stakeholders
• Assist with marketing strategies, documentation and developing RFP responses for existing and prospective clients
• Identify opportunities for business growth with existing clients and propose enhancements

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE, TECHNICAL SKILLS and KEY COMPETENCIES

• Proven background in Digital Marketing and/or Marketing as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role
• 3-5 years of combined Client Service and Digital Marketing experience, including at least 3 years in an agency environment
• Familiarity across Social Media, CRM, Branding, Content Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Customer Service, and Strategic Planning
• Pharma/Healthcare experience is an asset

• Demonstrated openness to learning and working with emerging technologies, including AI tools and AI agents, to support workflow efficiency, campaign execution, and client service. Prior experience with AI tools or AI agents is considered an asset

• Proficiency in communicating, presenting, and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels
• Demonstrated history of delivering client-focused solutions

• Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise mitigation plans with the relevant stakeholders
• Familiarity with tools such as ClickUp, Harvest, and Slack

• Capable of working in a diverse team setting with rapidly changing priorities, across a variety of client accounts including promotional, engagement-based, and regulated marketing programs
