This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys solving business problems, owning meaningful technical work, and working on a small team where engineers have real impact.\nWhat you will do:\nBuild and improve internal and user-facing applications using React, Python, JavaScript, and SQL\nDevelop backend services, APIs, and integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms\nHelp deploy, operate, and improve cloud-based services in AWS\nWork with data workflows, reporting needs, and cloud data warehouse tools such as Snowflake\nTurn prototypes, automations, and internal tools into reliable production-ready applications\nPartner with technical and non-technical teams to understand business needs and explain tradeoffs\nContribute to clean code, documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices\nBuild with security, data sensitivity, and compliance in mind\nRequired qualifications:\n3+ years of professional software engineering experience\nStrong experience with Python, JavaScript, and SQL\nExperience building production web applications\nExperience with React or a similar modern frontend framework\nExperience building APIs, backend services, or system integrations\nPractical experience with AWS or another cloud platform\nFamiliarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions\nStrong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nPreferred qualifications:\nFastAPI experience\nSnowflake or cloud data warehouse experience\nMuleSoft or other integration platform experience\nExperience with AWS ECS, ECR, or containerized services\nData engineering or analytics engineering experience\nTerraform, infrastructure-as-code, observability, or monitoring experience\nExperience with AI, voice AI, or
