You’ll own project momentum, leading sprint planning, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, identifying risks, removing blockers, and keeping stakeholders aligned around priorities, timelines, and results.\nYou’ll work closely with Technology leadership, developers, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams on projects that support EIP’s continued investment in technology, automation, AI, and digital innovation.\nWhat You’ll Do\nDrive Technology Projects\nManage multiple technology projects, timelines, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholders.\nBuild clear project plans with defined milestones, owners, deliverables, and target dates.\nLead projects from planning through implementation while maintaining visibility into progress and risks.\nKeep stakeholders aligned as priorities, requirements, or timelines evolve.\nDrive accountability and ensure action items do not stall between meetings.\nLead Sprint Planning & Prioritization\nCoordinate current and upcoming technology sprints with development teams and Technology leadership.\nFacilitate discussions around priorities, scope, capacity, dependencies, and timelines.\nEnsure upcoming work is development-ready with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, sizing, and ownership.\nIdentify at-risk work early and develop a plan to keep delivery moving.\nHelp resolve competing priorities and establish realistic expectations with stakeholders.\nManage Vendors & External Partners\nServe as a key point of contact for technology vendors and external development partners.\nEstablish clear expectations around deliverables, deadlines, quality, and communication.\nMonitor vendor performance and proactively address delays or gaps.\nHold partners accountable to agreed-upon commitments while maintaining productive relationships.\nIdentify Risks & Remove Blockers\nIdentify project risks before they impact deadlines or deliverables.\nDevelop and manage mitigation plans for risks, dependencies, and unresolved decisions.\nWork across teams to remove blockers and maintain project momentum.\nRecommend adjustments to scope, sequencing, resources, or timelines when needed.\nEscalate critical decisions strategically and early.\nCommunicate With Leadership\nProvide clear, concise project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.\nPrepare recurring reporting on progress, milestones, risks, delays, and next steps.\nAnalyze missed or adjusted deadlines and recommend process improvements.\nTranslate technical project information into clear business updates for nontechnical stakeholders.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nPrevious experience in technology project management, project management, technology operations, project coordination, vendor management, or a related field.\nExperience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with Agile workflows, sprint planning, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project/ticket management systems.\nExperience working with developers, technology teams, vendors, or technical stakeholders.\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.\nConfidence leading meetings and driving decisions across different levels of an organization.\nAbility to identify risks early and develop practical solutions.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to work independently.\nPMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is a plus, but not required.\nWhy Join Elite Insurance Partners?\nThis
